Happy Manta Playa del Carmen, Luis De La Fuente Explains how Happy Manta Began

My name is Luis de la Fuente, nicknamed and better known by locals as the “Nono” and I’m in charge of HAPPY MANTA Cenote Diving Services. I Was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1968, and live in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, México since 2006, to where I’ve arrived decided to stay and become specialized in this wonderful area of the Mexican Caribbean and its unique cenotes caverns and caves.

In addition to be graduated in Hotel Management and being a Marketing Licenciate, I’m a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor #199871 and an IANTD Full Cave Diver #161107, allowed to guide certified divers in cenotes’ caverns and caves. To date I count with hundreds of happy certified students, many of them nowdays friends of mine, and thousands of dives done in the area.

After being living in Playa del Carmen dedicated to diving and receptive tourism, I know in detail all the diving sites in the area, including the sea and the cenotes, together with all the tours and activities that can be done in the area to have a great time.

After being working in several dive shops and tours shops, in 2010 I’ve decided to start HAPPY MANTA Cenotes Diving Services to be dedicated to the receptive tourism, receiving customers “friends” divers from all over the world, offering a “personalized/customized” atention in accordance to their likings and needs, being specialized in cenotes diving and in receiving dive schools groups., after a hard work and dedication, HAPPY MANTA Cenotes Diving Services keeps growing up thanks to it’s friends and referrals, succesfully receiving and coordinating diving schools’ groups from various countries taking care of their cenotes dives and activities that can be done in this beautiful area.

Friends, “the Nono” welcomes you and hopes to see you around these lands!!!

Please, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll be glad to answer all your doubts!!!
